Customer Relationship Officer

Customer Care
Responsibilities

  • Act as major contact point with customers to ensure smooth account operations

  • Follow up enquiries, issues and requests from customers with accurate, timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Assist in forming client retention and sales strategies

  • Solicit feedback from clients for ongoing product improvements

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients

  • Liaise with both internal and external parties to organize marketing events

Requirements

  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above

  • 2 years of Customer Service/Account Management experiences. Fresh graduate will also be considered

  • Exposure in brokerage or financial sector is preferred

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua will be an advantage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and work independently

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good organizational skill and attention to details

  • Able to work in a multi-task and fast pace environment

  • Experience in HK and China Market Data Systems is a plus

Reporter (Financial News)

Responsibilities

  • Translating news and writing announcements and English news independently

  • Collect and analyze information about newsworthy events to write news stories for publication

  • Receive assignment or evaluates news leads and news tips to develop story idea

  • Gather and verifies factual informationregarding story through interview, observation and research

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent in Journalism and Economics or related discipline

  • 1-2 years relevant experiences is an advantage

  • Exposure in financial or brokerage sector is an advantage

  • Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Familiar with Chinese word processing and web news editing

  • A team player with strong sense of customer focus and good interpersonal skills
