FINI 是旨在簡化和數碼化的首次公開招股（IPO）的流程和結算，將定價至交易時間縮短至兩日。FINI 適用於參與新股上市端到端（end-to-end）結算流程的所有香港市場參與者和監管機構。

Seminar - Market Update of New Hong Kong IPO Settlement Platform ‘FINI’

On 25th May, Infocast shall host a seminar event titled “Market Update of New Hong Kong IPO Settlement Platform ‘FINI’", providing an overview of the implementation of a new digital platform to shorten the IPO process from pricing to listing to two days by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX).  

 

‘FINI’ (Fast Interface for New Issuance) applies to all Hong Kong market participants and regulatory authorities who are involved in the end-to-end IPO settlement process for new listings. 

 

We are also delighted to invite three guest speakers at the seminar event; Mr. Alan Chuen, Senior Vice President, Operations of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Ms. City Chan, Vice President, Operations of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Mr. Victor Wong, Vice President, Innovation & Data Lab of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.
