Senior Programmer / Programmer (Back-End)

Development, Enterprise Solution
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for financial application development and coding for trading systems

  • Report development according to specification

  • Perform testing and prepare related documentation

  • Responsible to provide support including troubleshooting and ad-hoc queries

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related disciplines

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences

  • Knowledge in C++/Java and RDBMS is an advantage

  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Self-motivated, good team player

  • Able to work under pressure and within tight schedule

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered as Programmer

Business Analyst

Product Management
Responsibilities
  • To conduct in depth requirement analysis, prepare functional specification, and support business testing

  • To lead medium sized project implementation from request initiation to completion

  • To propose, review business requirements and ensure they align with market standards

Requirements
  • Degree holder or above. Major in Business / Finance is highly preferred.

  • A sound knowledge of brokerage industry, clearing, settlement, research or brokerage operations.

  • Accuracy with high emphasis on attention to detail.

  • Customer-oriented and ability to work successfully as part of a team.

  • Innovative problem solving and numerical skill.

  • Strong communication skills are crucial for this role, as the successful applicant will be working on various projects at different stages of their cycle at any one time.

Customer Relationship Officer

Retail Business (Sales & Account Management) - Sales
Responsibilities
  • Act as major contact point with customers to ensure smooth account operations

  • Follow up enquiries, issues and requests from customers with accurate, timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Assist in forming client retention and sales strategies

  • Solicit feedback from clients for ongoing product improvements

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients

  • Liaise with both internal and external parties to organize marketing events

Requirements
  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above

  • 2 years of Customer Service/Account Management experiences. Fresh graduate will also be considered

  • Exposure in brokerage or financial sector is preferred

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua will be an advantage

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and work independently

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Good organizational skill and attention to details

  • Able to work in a multi-task and fast pace environment

  • Experience in HK and China Market Data Systems is a plus

Analyst Developer (Hybrid Mobile Development)

Information Systems
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain portal sites and web applications for finance and stock market

  • Design and develop mobile applications by usingHTML5/React app platform

  • Analyze the user requirements and related documentation

Requirements
  • Degree holder or above major in Computer Science or equivalent

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in mobile development (iOS / Android)

  • Experience in development using Java technologies, such as JSP, JSF, MVC frameworks, Spring, Hibernate

  • Experience with front-end JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Ajax, React JS

  • Experience in mobile device software development, developing equities and financial software will be an advantage

  • Less experience will be considered as a Developer

Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager

Enterprise Solution Engineering
Responsibilities
  • To provide integration solution leading the projects from end-to-end

  • To work with different team members for the success delivery of the solution integration projects

  • Liaise with other teams on getting consent of the project plans, identify resources, resolve constraints and deliver quality application system

  • Manage internal and external communication including project cost, risk, and status

  • Evaluate, identify challenges and develop contingency plan to minimize business risks. Actively offer alternatives to drive wayout

  • To control the projects and manage relationships with both internal and external teams to delivery according to the project milestones

  • Proactive risks and issues management. Facilitate the mitigation, manage conflicts and prepare contingency plan in timely manner

  • Prepare and present project status to related parties

Requirements
  • University degree in Information Technology, Business or Finance related discipline

  • 3+ years’ experience in technology project management

  • Preferably with system integration experiences in financial services industry

  • Previous experiences in equity trading or clearing system is a plus

  • Good knowledge in project management

  • Sound knowledge of banking and information technology

  • Continuous learning working attitude in both the project management, technology and business domains

  • Hands on approach to follow up project issues and SIT/UAT defect management

  • Good oral and written English and Chinese, with Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage

  • Customer-oriented and attention to details

  • Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills

  • Outgoing, Positive attitudes, team player and self-motivated
